All the subjects of family law are equal. The objects of this branch of law can be as follows: a) relations which arise subsequent to marriage; b) personal and property relations between family members; c) personal and property relations between other relatives; d) relations arising in association with providing guardianship to children deprived of parental care. Consequently, the grounds for arising family law relations are as follows: marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, formalization of guardianship, etc.
